IT Data Analytics Manager

Tasks

Data Use Case Identification & Implementation

•   Be part of scrum team & work with data steward team to identify use cases

•   Define technical & system architecture for implementation of identified use cases

•   Develop BI Reporting and Analytics solutions for the functions (Sales, Customer services and Common functions) in close alignment with headquarters and region

•   Connect with regional /HQ team to understanding changing system landscape & adapt them to use case implementation

•   Documenting processes for data products, data sourcing, and dataset development

Coordination & Communication

•   Management reporting on the progress of data topics

•   Organize training on the data tools (Power BI, Databricks, Python etc)

•   Organize sessions with all stakeholders on data visibility (what data do we have)

•   Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data pipelines are built and data is refreshed regularly.

•   Build-up and strengthen relationship with all stakeholders in the region, headquarter and the market to effectively perform the necessary tasks within the function.

•  Provide guidance to IT colleagues in adopting recommendations to improve data sources

Qualifications:

•   Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business or IT. Analytics specialization preferred

•   Experience: 3+ years in data & analytics

•   Knowledge in data management, data compliance and up-keeping of data consistency, Big Data and Data Analytics

•   Good communication skills and persuasiveness

•   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, regional and HQ

•   Structured problem solving skills

•   Can work with limited guidance and able to understand the big picture

•   Proven ability to drive initiatives in cross-functional and international environments

•   Proactive and result oriented

•   Very good communication skills and cross-cultural competence

•   Excellent analytical, methodological and organizational skills

•   Ability to comprehend, organize and present complex issues independently

Specific knowledge

•   Knowledge of one of the areas of Azure Data Lake , Power BI, Databricks and Python is peferred
