Investment Banking Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial models, including valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other investment banking transactions.
• Market Research: Conduct market and industry research to support deal sourcing and business development activities.
• Client Presentations: Help prepare presentation materials for clients, including pitch books, information memorandums, and other marketing materials.
• Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of live deals by providing support in due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and managing data rooms.
• Data Management: Organize and manage large datasets and financial data for various projects and transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and participate in team meetings, providing support on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with financial modeling and Bloomberg is a plus.
• Motivation: Strong interest in investment banking and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
