Innovation Digital Product Designer Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead the creation of user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business analysts, to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across the organization’s digital products.
• Mentor and support digital product design team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Monitor and analyze user experience metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving efforts to optimize digital product designs
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital product design, applying relevant insights to inform the organization’s initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for innovation and digital product design
• Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
