Head of Payment Solutions

1. Manage and direct the work of the Payment Solutions Department in accordance with its functions and duties. Organize work assignments, supervise evaluations, maintain and develop the department's resources.

2. Organize the implementation of product development for Payment Solutions, specifically:

• Create new and/or adjust products/product packages to meet business requirements, suit customer needs on each channel of each KHCN segment according to business orientations in each period.

• Create new/adjust promotions, promote products and services to meet the specific needs of KHCN for .

• Coordinate the development and adjustment of pricing policies for products and product packages.

• Develop a set of instructions, communication materials, training materials, and product handbooks for the KHCN sales force, and personnel directly involved in the product and service delivery process.

• Manage product performance, build product reports, analyze market information and customer surveys to provide input for building/adjusting products to suit customer needs.

• Coordinate with relevant units to implement projects and programs related to the assigned area.

• Act as the focal point for working with Visa, Mastercard, and Napas Card Organizations in product and service development, and building communication and credit card product promotion plans.

3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Block, Center.
