1. Develop and update policies related to salary, bonuses, and benefits:
- Analyze market data and conduct industry surveys to propose suitable policies.
- Assist in building salary scales, bonus regulations, and benefits systems.
- Evaluate effectiveness and suggest periodic improvements to the policy system.
2. Implement and manage salary, bonus, and benefits administration:
- Control the calculation and disbursement of regular and ad-hoc salaries and bonuses.
- Ensure processes are executed on schedule and accurately, minimizing technical errors and negative feedback.
- Update and apply newly issued policies promptly.
3. Manage Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax:
- Supervise participation, adjustments, and closure of social insurance records, as well as the declaration and finalization of personal income tax in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of social insurance and tax records.
- Provide guidance and answer employee inquiries regarding social insurance and tax policies.
4. Analyze, evaluate, and improve policy effectiveness:
- Analyze salary and bonus costs and the effectiveness of budget utilization.
- Assess the impact of policies on employee engagement and performance.
- Gather employee feedback and propose appropriate improvements.
5. Monitor policy implementation and compliance:
- Inspect policy implementation on a regular/planned basis.
- Detect, address, or propose solutions for policy violations.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to current laws.
6. Coordinate across departments:
- Collaborate with relevant departments during the development and implementation of policies.
- Support the Head of Department/Head of Board in submitting, approving, and implementing work plans and budgets.
