- Secure a reliable supply base by proactively identifying or supporting alternate suppliers/customers in cases of insufficient capacity or quality from current partners.

- Develop precise purchase orders to maintain ideal safety stock levels, preventing shortages or excessive inventory.

- Negotiate favorable pricing and purchase conditions to optimize cost-effectiveness and delivery performance.

- Monitor and evaluate trends in raw material and product prices, including advancements in future products and alternative materials that might impact the present supply chain.

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and macroeconomic/political changes with potential supply chain implications.

- Find new suppliers or international customers as necessary.

- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, order details, shipping timelines, and resolve related issues (excluding logistics documentation).

- Manage order plans and obtain internal approvals.

- Monitor and adjust shipping schedules to guarantee on-time material availability for production.

- Facilitate material flow between North and South regions to avoid shortages or excessive stock levels.

- Gather and analyze monthly import data.
