Digital Platform - Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with product owners / platform leads to ensure that the activities, issues and risks are tracked and escalated

• Plan, design and execute the delivery of projects from project initiation to transition to operations

• Responsible to deliver projects on time and within budget to meet desired business objectives

• Ensure that a release delivers the expected outcome and value for the users / customers

• Coordinate, align and communicate with key stakeholders of the projects

• Develop and execute communication plan and training by working closely with Business Owners of each project

• Manage project documents / presentations and overall budget and report to related governance / committee

• Handle contract signing processes with vendors (for software / hardware purchasing to use within the projects)

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in project / program management, strategic consultant

• Degree in MBA, Economics, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen

• Knowledge of insurance products / Financial Industry would be advantages

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management – can collaborate well with business users and build rapport with working team and stakeholders

• Analytical skills and experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and senior management teams

• Experience in Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience in Digital platform development such as web application, mobile application (iOS, Android)

• Experience in Change Management and User Acquisition is a plus
