Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance Internship

We are seeking an intern to join our Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance team at our Yen Phong Industrial Zone Extension location in Bac Ninh.

Responsibilities will include supporting order processing, shipment planning, and providing delivery status updates to our customers. You will also coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Warehouse, and QA to monitor order progress and resolve any arising issues.

Additionally, you will assist in maintaining customer records, quality documentation, delivery notes, and addressing customer feedback and complaints. The role also involves participating in tracking delivery performance, customer satisfaction levels, and quality-related Key Performance Indicators.

You will be expected to support continuous improvement efforts, 5S, ISO activities, and internal audits, where necessary.
