Creative Content Producer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development & Execution

Develop and implement creative content initiatives, working both independently and in collaboration with the creative team and other stakeholders to support AirAsia's brand and marketing objectives. This includes producing multimedia content and ensuring projects are creatively aligned and effectively executed.

2. Production Management

Oversee and coordinate the content production process for assigned tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This includes everything from pre-production planning to post-production edits, including necessary workflow approvals within teams and stakeholders.

3. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement

Handle logistics, schedule management, resource allocation, and communication effectively. This includes managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and resolving issues. Ensure effective coordination of photographers, videographers, and motion graphic designers to guarantee on-time delivery and address challenges by reaching solutions agreed upon by all stakeholders.

4. Legal, Compliance, and Negotiation

Ensure all content adheres to legal standards and company policies. Obtain necessary model release forms from all talents, secure property release forms when required, and ensure special approvals from relevant agencies or government bodies for certain locations. Proactively reach out to vendors and locations to negotiate usage agreements, including seeking sponsorships to cover costs when applicable. Manage all rights and clearances for content production to prevent legal issues and safeguard the company from potential liabilities.

5. Analytics and Market Trends

Monitor performance metrics of released content and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize future content creative strategies.

Qualifications:

• Essential photography and videography skills are required.
• Proficiency in any app-based editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express.
• Able to effectively use Google Suite tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, necessary for effective engagement, and interaction with ASEAN stakeholders. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
