About the role:

As a Business Data Analysts, you will support software development, analyze business processes, and implement data-driven solutions. Working closely with the Technology Director and project leaders, you will manage data analytics, create reports, and optimize workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in developing accounting softwares, fund administration softwares and other management operation softwares within the company.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Designing data analytic structure & system for the company.

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources for analysis using data analytics tools to generate useful reports.

• Developing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to all departments.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of working processes based on data analysis results.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Conducting user acceptance testing.

• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
