• Receive and process shipments, including arranging bookings, submitting SI and VGM, and preparing documentation throughout the shipping process. • Verify freight rates and communicate with overseas agents; engage in domestic and international logistics association activities as needed. • Advise and assist customers in resolving any issues that arise until the cargo is delivered to the consignee. • Work with relevant departments to ensure shipments are completed successfully. • Carry out tasks as directed by upper management. • Further details will be provided during the interview.
