We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Technical Training Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of training programs aimed at enhancing the technical skills of employees in automotive and embedded software technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and HR to assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that is aligned with the company's objectives and focuses on professional competencies.

• Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and management to ensure training content is current, relevant, and adheres to Bosch’s standards and industry best practices.

• Partner with departments to develop technical programs, identify internal trainers, and establish a training framework to support upskilling and reskilling in professional competencies.

• Utilize various training methods and technologies to engage and educate employees, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to maximize impact.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in L&D and incorporate new ideas into our training approach.

• Participate in L&D projects and handle ad-hoc tasks related to L&D based on business needs.
