1. OBJECTIVES • Achieve turnover targets within the assigned area/channel, in line with the company's business development strategy. • Expand the customer network within the designated area. • Work with the Marketing Department to strengthen brand image, increase market share, and secure product listings. • Utilize data-driven insights to inform promotion and visitation plans. • Region of responsibility: South • Product range focus: Strategic International Brands (SIB), Seagram’s Key Responsibilities: 1. Business & Customer Management: • Understand and effectively communicate sales strategies from the sales management team to direct reports. • Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales activities to achieve sales targets (volume, turnover, and account coverage). • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement activations that penetrate new accounts/channels and maintain the key brand equity. • Consult with the direct manager on sales plans and client performance. • Prepare and submit all reports accurately and on time. • Cultivate relationships with current and potential partners, particularly through business entertainment events. • Ensure the highest level of customer service when addressing customer inquiries and complaints. 2. Account Management: • Collaborate with PR Asia to negotiate and develop master contracts with key accounts operating as a Group. • Continuously seek out and expand the network of key accounts within Vietnam. 3. Receivables Management & Collection: • Implement and oversee the timely collection of receivables. • Recommend solutions for overdue debts. 4. Expense and Investment Management: • Control the efficiency of operating expenses and customer investment within the assigned area. • Balance expenses and revenue. 5. Business Information & Intelligence: • Provide monthly market updates and sales reports to the Head of South Region. • Coordinate with the Commercial Planning Team to ensure that periodic and ad-hoc sales reports, as well as market intelligence/insights pertaining to the region, are available for Business Operations Meetings (BOM) with accurate data. 6. Customer Relationship Management: • Maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities. • Plan and conduct visits to customer locations. • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. • Organize and implement activities to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. 7. Customer Profiling: • Update customer information. • Categorize customers. • Archive relevant data (sales, business contracts, etc.). 8. Internal Sales Procedure Development: • Evaluate existing processes and develop enhanced internal procedures to improve customer service. 9. Interdepartmental Collaboration: • Work with other departments to fulfill customer demands effectively. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product supply. 10. Cost Savings Initiatives: • Implement and develop initiatives to improve work processes and enhance job efficiency. • Supervise the use of company assets in a cost-effective manner. 11. People Management: • Identify and propose development opportunities for high-potential employees. • Evaluate job results and employee performance periodically. • Supervise employees' daily tasks. • Recommend employee incentives or penalties. • Conduct internal training on products and work processes. • Develop employees' sales skills.
