Business Analyst (Banking/Financial service)

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluating securities, trading, payment, banking, or wallet management business processes, understanding and anticipating requirements with the ability to transform them into functional specifications
• Performing gap analysis
• Analyzing and interpreting business requirements into technical terms to inform Developers, QAs, and Designers
• Ensure the design of a solution and/or features with business flows/diagrams, services, and digital modules that deliver unique experiences for the end user
• Participating to drive development in both digital and non-digital initiatives based on insight and business needs
• Work closely with different stakeholders with the most relevant customer needs, habits, and attitudes
• User guide and documentation redaction and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in any related fields (IT, Technology, Engineering, or Finance)
• Passing the Certified Investment and Securities Analyst (CISA) course is a plus
• Experience working in a financial-related industry required (Payment, Banking; experience in Securities or Trading is preferred)
• Experience as a Business Analyst of at least 1 year in IT Software development
• Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and a strong passion for success and independence
• Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders
• Strong analytical, and communication, fast learning, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira)
• Any of the following would be a strong plus for the candidates who apply:
• Understanding of the software technology industry
• Technical knowledge of the financial industry
