PURPOSE:
Create training content for the sales team and bank partners to support sales growth for the Partnership Distribution channel at FWD. This includes designing training programs for Financial Services Consultants (FSC), bank staff, and sales leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role requires the job holder to:
1. Determine training needs to create a general curriculum and learning path for FSCs, bankers, and sales leaders in the Banca channel.
2. Develop training courses and modules, research content, and design new training materials for FSCs, bankers, and sales leaders.
3. Update and revise course materials to reflect changes in procedures or techniques covered in the training.
4. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce audio-visual aids and other training materials.
5. Train trainers and sales teams on new programs.
6. Develop innovative and engaging designs that meet the learning needs of business partners at all levels.
7. Stay current with internal guidelines and legislation to update training content.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Develop sales team training curriculum.
• Directly conduct or train instructors on newly developed content.
• Maintain close communication with Distribution, Training Delivery, and graphic artists to implement training programs.
• Create engaging and interactive e-learning content.
• Update content to align with changes from the Ministry of Finance (MOF), industry trends, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with bank partners to create practical insurance sales training programs for bankers.
