New product research and development (60%)
Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo Video,...) and its services;
Manage and implement research activities of new trend and movement of the market as well as Adtima’s competitors;
Coordinate with Product Team to develop prototypes for range of products;
Coordinate with business team (Sales, Planner,..) to package the product with competitive ratecard and make it more attractive to clients;
Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions.
Product management and optimization (40%)
Manage timeline and progress of new and current products, make sure it’s on track and follow to specs;
Keep track revenue & performance report of new products weekly;
Other challenges from Top Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related areas; or have prior relevant work experience in a related field;
At least 3 year of experience in Digital Advertising and 5 years in relevant role of Product/Digital Projects/IT Solutions management and optimization;
Demonstrate strong business acumen and excellent product-mindset;
Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
Demonstrate strong management skills, especially in task allocation and project keep-track.
