AVP-VP, Financial Information Management

Job descriptions:

1.Collaborate with finance/non-finance users and other stakeholders to understand the requirement, identify the impact to finance process, data, and systems. Document business and technical requirements for financial systems and processes.

2.Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and technical specifications related to financial systems.

3.Work with Group tech and Group FIM team to design and recommend technical solutions that meet financial business requirements and integrate with existing systems.

4.Oversee the implementation, control budget and maintenance of financial systems.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial data, and support data analysis and reporting efforts.

5.Develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and validate financial systems and processes.

6.Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and technology advancements, and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the finance industry.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools, SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with financial software systems.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts, processes, and regulations, including financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex financial challenges.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Thai), with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with project management principles and practices, including the ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
