- Leads and enhances a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of our signature high-quality audit and assurance services, including the strategic development and meticulous review of audit plans.
- Employs and contributes to our proprietary auditing methodologies, bringing innovation and precision to the audit process.
- Cultivates a deep understanding of Thai auditing standards, applying this knowledge to ensure comprehensive compliance and satisfaction for all stakeholders.
- Engages with clients, from fast-growing private companies to prominent public entities, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drives marketing strategies to highlight our audit services' unique advantages, securing our leadership position in the market.
- Leverages the expansive Grant Thornton International network to infuse Audit and Assurance services with a global perspective, ensuring relevance and comprehensiveness across international markets.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant auditing experience.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in TFRS for PAEs and NPAEs, TAS, IFRS, and other auditing standards, with a solid foundation in technical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing teams and leading successful projects.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong internal and external relationships.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in financial modelling and analysis.
- Applicants must have native-level in Thai with a high proficiency in English (C2 level), possessing excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
