The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You Will

• Develop and implement comprehensive budgeting strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to monitor budget performance and identify variances.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts in collaboration with working teams to support business planning and decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure a well-coordinated business strategy with other key stakeholders.
• Drive analysis and planning on high-impact strategic topics by providing a fact base, problem identification, structured problem solving, and advice on implementation.
• Deliver valuable business insights and recommendations to business teams on topics such as city grouping, competitor analysis, and customer research.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business, tech company or fast-paced working environment in strategy or business development.
• Analytics - Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Stakeholder management - Able to get things done by others with full cooperation and willingness.
• Initiator - able to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached.
• Passion and energy to excel - Eager to identify, own, and tackle new opportunities and challenges.
