The Role and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Drive budget planning alignment, forecasting and monitoring to ensure targets are met.
Establish and manage performance goals by defining and setting KPIs to promote business growth, and drive cross-functional alignment on goal setting.
Co-create and execute strategies and special projects to grow business potential via cross-functional and country enablement.
Develop and manage demand planning initiatives to create and optimize effective customer lifecycle loops to grow the account base, in collaboration with MKT/CRM/Product/Solutions teams.
Foster advertising merchants growth with strategic plan and increase Ads loyalty to the platform.
Take a long-term view of the business and define market positioning and target segments.
Manage business review cadences and executive updates for leadership alignment.
The must haves:
Possess a BS/MS degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, business analytics/management, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative major.
4-5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, market research, consulting experience or related analytical roles.
Sound understanding & experience of digital Ads Ecosystem.
Good at internal networking to understand where to gather competitive insights from stakeholders within and even outside the company.
Demonstrate a strong analytical aptitude and a keen interest in strategy.
Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace.
Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc. is preferred.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
Be a skilled project manager and a high-EQ team player, capable of managing expectations in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
