Assist Business UX Project Associate

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration or Engineering field
• 2-3 years of experience in business and sales development, and have had the opportunities forming strategic partnership or work in agile team
• Experience in participating in product strategy and planning the development of new products offering to the market
• Experience in evaluating numeric data and internal company data with market avaiable tools
• Identify new business and services opportunities and the requirements for the new user experience
• Planning and preparing company presentation to partners to pitch the project
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent in English (Chinese language would be an advantage)
• Excellent time management and team oriented
• Ability to use SQL to extract data is highly considered
• TOEIC: 700 or above

Duties and responsibilities

• Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Analyze the needs of other companies and learning the trends of the marketing in mobility, travel and urban living
• Developing project charters and objectives for the identifiable market opportunities
• Develop diagram such as swimlane diagram, user case diagram and sds diagram
• Understand the basics of financial models to measure the potential success of the projects
• Contact potential users via email or phone to establish rapport and set up on-site meetings to elicit requirements
• Initiate and plan for new user initiatives and new strategic partnership
• Execute all project functions with team support and operation supports
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to meet with users
• Preparing presentations and sales displays for the conferences and offices
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Training personnel and helping yourself and the team members develop their skills
