Man power management
- Understand the regulations applicable to the staff, uniforms, manners & working shifts.
- Understand SAP system management. Ensure a reasonable arrangement of shifts for opening, closing store & balancing. Monitor staff attendance & attire.
- Responsible for staffs performance
- Follow strictly company regulations. Investigate & handle break of discipline, regularly motivate subordinates in daily work
- Buid & promote teamwork spirit.
Cost & Equipment management
- Manage material, equipment cost. Find out the cause if there is a cost related problem. Use reasonable costs
- Manage third party: cleaning, security...
- Ensure safe facilities for customers & employees
Cash management
- Manage cash, sold tape, vourcher, invoice, bill
- Check sales, shortage money, payment, invoice, bill
MMD procedure
- Ensure correct & effective implementation of regulation on goods during the process of receiving, export, destroy & return to suppliers.
- Control monthly & bio-yearly stock take process, investigate & find out solution to improve the loss of goods. Final stoke take report.
- Follow & update data through web EDI
- Process, receive documents according to regulations & handle related issues to ensure no loss for the company. Make sure to submit correct documents to relevant department.
- Back room & receiving zone management: Manage & arrange appropriate MMD area to increase work efficiency. Manage tools & equipment to ensure no loss & waste. Ensure the flow of goods delivery between suppliers & staffs is always clear & not overloaded.
Other tasks
- Opening & closing Store
- Make report as Company rules to relevant Dept (Finance, Accounting, Facility, Admin, HR, HRBP, Internal Audit…)
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager

Accounting College
At least 1 year experience in management level
Critical thinking
Microsoft Office skill required
