ACSS Compliance & Risk Management

Key responsibilities:

• Study and analyze laws that related to ACSS's business, including the Code of Ethics and various policies of AFS and AEONTS, and apply them to ACSS.
• Manage various departments to assess Compliance risks and monitor, review the results of such risk assessments to ensure that there are no significant violations of laws or internal regulations.
• Investigate employees, investigate facts and evidence, participate in framing the investigation process in each case, provide advice and be a key member of the Disciplinary Working Team.
• Prepare Whistle Blowing reports, coordinate and provide complete information according to the form specified by AFS.
• Provide any opinions on legal and Compliance issues regarding the Company's activities and operations.
• Review, review and provide opinions on the Company's legal documents as assigned, such as contracts, letters, explanatory letters, power of attorney, etc.
• Act as a mediator to coordinate with representatives of relevant parties on issues under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, as well as control and monitor the risks of various issues and propose risk mitigation guidelines.
• Manage basic risks PDCA, plan budgets. and departmental annual plan for Risk Management and analyze the efficiency of risk management by internal audit or related departments and evaluate the efficiency
• Monitor and control the unit to record violations.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or other related fields.
• Experience in legal work, compliance and risk management (Compliance & Risk Management) for at least 6 years
• Have good communication skills, communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Have experience in management and supervise work of Team Members.
• Can communicate in English (Business level)
