Accounting Manager

You Will Get Your Hands Dirty On:

• Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Managing account receivables, following up with clients, and arranging payment collection.
• Checking bank statements and issuing relevant receipts / tax invoices to clients.
• Managing accounts payable, arranging for vendor payments in a timely manner, and documenting and filling payments.
• Managing petty cash, staff reimbursements, and director expenses.
• Managing prepaid corporate tax and withholding tax certificates.
• Registering and managing company assets, and handling asset depreciation.
• Managing employee social security and medical insurance registration.
• Preparing and filling accounting documents (IV, RE, PV, JV).
• Recording transactions in accounting software.
• Managing the company’s financial investments.

If You Are:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• MS Office literacy with excellent Word and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure when needed.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
