Designing, wireframing, and prototyping.
Supporting Engineering with design implementation.
Interacting with Product Managers and iterating on designs.
Interacting with external stakeholders, listening to and understanding their feedback while defending your design decisions.
Reporting and providing insights to the Chief Product Officer.
Identifying and leading new design initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
A strong proven portfolio showcasing your previous design projects, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality design and continuous improvement, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product/ user experience/ UX/UI design, ready to take on a senior role with an opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional/business level (or equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5)
Master the tools of your craft, such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe CC, etc.
Proven hands-on experience in mid-to-large scale UX/UI projects and all phases of the design process including user research, user flow, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing - to ensure fluid and holistic customer journeys.
Expert knowledge of user experience, design patterns, and platform-specific design (e.g., iOS vs. Android).
Bonus point if you are experienced in E-commerce, Fintech, Hospitality & Travel, or F&B industry.
