KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Collaborate with experienced engineers to maintain, refactor, and improve the existing codebases, ensuring its maturity

•Participate in documenting best practices and guidelines for the engineering department

•Assist in designing solutions based on software requirements and architectural considerations

•Implement code that meets our quality and standards criteria

•Assist in monitoring, identifying, and resolving bug issues while maintaining responsible system SLAs

•Maintain regular communication and synchronization with the engineering manager

•Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating enthusiasm for making progress

•Collaborate with technical leads in designing effective systems

•Participate in peer collaboration, including coding and code reviews

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

•1-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development

•Familiarity with the JavaScript stack, including Node.js, and a preference for TypeScript knowledge

•Familiarity with backend technologies, apis, databases

•A willingness to learn about designing software systems

•Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

•Good communication skills
