About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain / Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations at our manufacturing facility in Ba Ria - Vung Tau. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in manufacturing, a strategic mindset, and a willingness to relocate to one of Vietnam’s most scenic coastal cities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage supply chain and logistics operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support production efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with production, sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Optimize inventory levels, material flow, and supplier performance.

Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.

Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain/logistics team.

Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process innovation.

Manage relationships with key logistics service providers and negotiate contracts for best value.
