Approach and persuade video content creators to join the Zalo video platform;
Manage support groups for creators;
Provide consultation and answer questions about the platform;
Receive, respond to, and handle creators’ complaints;
Monitor, coordinate, and collaborate with related departments to promptly address arising incidents;
Summarize and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
Implement additional tasks as required by line managers, including managing content libraries and databases.
Graduated from university;
Experience in managing social media community groups (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube);
Knowledge of and familiarity with social media trends;
Proficient in Office applications;
Strong communication skills, agile, hardworking, and eager to learn;
Sociable and patient in the workplace;
Willingness to work on weekends.
