Responsible for developing comprehensive training programs for SPX ground teams who run the operation for the business.
Work closely with City Operation Team (CTO) and various Project Management Offices (PMO) to identify training needs, create training materials/ working manuals and conduct training sessions.
Comprehend all SOPs and all processes of the backend systems. He/she will be a key role who educates and communicates the company's policies and working processes to all ground teams.
Expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that the execution of SPX ground team meets the company’s standard along with enhancing the performance of SPX Express operation.
Requirements
0-2 years experience in training.
Fast learner and flexible.
Good communication skills.
Good at creating training materials and presentations.
Good skills in Google Workspace especially Google slide, Good form and Goodsheet.
