Understand the needs and behavior of membership market customers.
Analyze customer data, marketing environment, and competitors to create effective marketing strategies.
Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and boosting product and service sales in line with company targets.
Strategically plan and supervise sales promotion campaigns to attract membership market customers.
Manage and control the marketing budget efficiently to ensure cost-effective operations.
Plan and oversee the use of GWP (Gifts With Purchase), cash vouchers, and necessary promotional materials and equipment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, including the preparation of comprehensive performance reports. Use insights to improve future promotions.
Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure efficient performance and achievement of team goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement, preferably in a membership or retail business.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
