Plan and develop marketing activities and communication programs for shopping center .
Manage all marketing activities and communications including event management to increase sales revenue, brand awareness and customer experiences.
Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising and communications program.
Direct and oversee the design and development of customer data management such as customer analytics, personalization and performance reporting to deliver business intelligence activities and initiatives.
Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
Work closely with commercialization team in identifying new business opportunities and commercial innovation to fulfill financial target and maintain existing clients.
Knowledges in Retail Business, Luxury and International Marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, communications and event management roles.
Strong understanding of communication concepts and practices involved in PR and digital marketing.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Good interpersonal and Positive thinking, self-motivated, team player and ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
