Financial Manager

Job Functions:

Assist with financial statement preparation, be responsible for creating and updating the company's financial systems, ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting information, and routinely implement internal control procedures related to finance. Support company operations by offering sensible suggestions and preventing operational and financial risks.

Work Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the financial statement work of overseas branches (Vietnam), ensure financial statements are prepared in a timely manner following Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), ensure data accuracy, and offer a reliable base for company decisions.

2. Regularly implement financial-related internal control procedures, carefully check relevant processes and documents, quickly identify and resolve potential financial problems, and maintain the stability of the company's financial order.

3. Regularly perform various financial analyses, pay attention to unusual indicators, and offer solutions.

4. Be responsible for reviewing bank payment documents according to the group's internal guidelines.

5. Cooperate with the group headquarters' financial team in optimization efforts and other tasks assigned by superiors.

6. Provide financial or tax planning advice for the company's business decisions.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
