Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle full-spectrum general ledger (GL) accounting for the Thailand subsidiary in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Oversee the financial management of the Thailand subsidiary, ensuring compliance with company policies and Thailand financial regulations.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and provide accurate and timely financial data to headquarters.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Thailand tax regulations, including GST, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Withholding Tax.
Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and ensure sufficient working capital for operations.
Manage banking relationships, support financing, and oversee foreign exchange risk management.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Oversee financial operations, improve processes, and enhance financial efficiency.
6.Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred.
At least 10 years of financial experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational corporations or listed companies.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Thailand tax regulations, with experience in audit, tax, and treasury functions.
Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and financial data analysis.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to lead and optimize a local finance team.
