Equipment Maintenance Engineer

- Troubleshoot equipment and machinery system issues.

- Perform maintenance and overhauls on equipment and machinery systems.

- Implement 5S, GK (Jishu Hozen), and Safety programs to achieve targets.

- Set up new production lines and ensure smooth operation of existing lines.

- Prepare necessary documents, such as PM (Preventive Maintenance) check sheets.

- Maintain machine tool 5S standards.

- Manage and schedule work shifts for Equipment Staff.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

- Monitor maintenance KPIs to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
