Process quotations, tender documents, and orders so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and timely.
Answer internal and customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Communicate with staff in other areas of the company, such as Warehouse, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondences such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as Sales report, Incentives/commission, and traveling allowance.
Support team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and communicated.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Agriculture, Animal Production, Fisheries), Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
At least 0-3 years of experience related field (New graduate is welcome)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Have good computer skills i.e. MS Office, especially in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
